The hotel's location was convenient since it was close to several shops and restaurants. The room had a nice view, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected with work.

The bathroom was in poor condition. There was a lot of limescale buildup on the taps and in the shower, and the bathtub was stained.

Very rude and unhelpful stuff with zero english , consierge kept trying to rip us off on sightseeing tours , taxi trips and he seemed to have made an agreement with the taxi drivers and guides to share the profits , and the prices he was quoting were double the market ones . smelly ,stinky bathroom as if there was a dead rat there. Bad neighbourhood with drunk homeless men and women around ,bad sound isolation so we couldn't sleep as stray dogs were barking all night long. No atm in the hotel

This is a great hotel to stay in Qindao. Its close to the beach and at the same time in the center of the city. Its right across the street from Carefoure so you can buy snacks and drinks easily without having to speak chinese. The staff was nice and helpful. The would clean our room twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon. The breakfast was very good with chinese and western food. I recommend having dinner in the cafeteria on the 23rd because nobody seems to know about it and its emply while the one on the first floor is full. All in all, its a great four star hotel for a very decent price. The gym is also very complete and it has a nice indoor swimming pool.

The night we got there they put us in a smoking room that smelled really bad. Fotunately, the next day we were changed to a non-smoking room that was great.

Very good hotel with very helpful staff. We needed train tickets which the assistant manager has purchased for us at the trainstation in a timely manner and without any hassle. Spoken english was good too. Great rooftop breakfast but be on time.

Convenient location. We were able to walk to the train station to catch our train. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Spent New Year’s Eve in a great hotel! The room had a cozy bed and nice views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with fast check-in and check-out. The breakfast was delicious with both Western and Eastern options. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and close to a shopping area. The hotel also offered a lovely rooftop bar with a great view of the city.

The shower was a bit outdated and the water pressure was not very strong. The towels were replaced daily, but some of them were a bit thin and worn out.

They never answered my email about an airport shuttle service which caused us some problems when we arrived. They also don't phone for taxis when you leave. They double charged me.

The hotel is conveniently located near a big shopping area and the Zhengzhou railway station. It is in the city center, making it easy to access many restaurants and local markets. The breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese, Asian, and international choices served in a revolving restaurant with a good view. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and some have nice toilet designs with handheld showers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zhengzhou. The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to an underground shopping mall. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices to suit every taste.
